The famous Blackpool-based marque made its overdue Series debut in August 2018 at Thruxton. Despite TVRs proud record in Modsports particulary in the first half of the 1970s with 6 or 8 cylinder Tuscans not many TVR Modsports seem to exist thesedays so Ian Wilson's wedge-shaped Tasmin continues the marques tradition. Ian comes from a Modsport racing family . His Dad Garry Wilson won the 1991 BARC-NW title in a Lenham having previously raced MG Midgets. It turned out in recent conversation that his old Lenham is still being raced. Converted back to a Midget it`s series regular Paul Sibley`s 2nd choice race car ,after his Elan.
